| OWNERSHIP All domain names are currently owned by Jean R. Gauthier and upon sale will be transferred to your personal or company name. TRANSFERRAL PROCESS For all transactions we employ escrow services whereby the payment for the domain is held in custody by an accredited third party until the domain name transfer is complete. If the buyer wishes to appoint a solicitor or notary or other authorized party to handle the escrow transaction, we have no objection provided we are convinced of the good faith of the person or firm selected. There are also various online services such as Escrow.com that offer efficient and reliable means of ensuring the secure transferral of payment from one party to the other. While the fee for escrow service is traditionally paid by the buyer in domain name aftermarket transactions, we regard this as an entirely negotiable matter that is dependent upon each specific sale and often on such factors as the physical whereabouts of the buyer.
